By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
Right to Refuse Boarding
Poochkoo Select Centre reserves the right to refuse, deny, or cancel boarding for pets that do not meet health, temperament, or other requirements, as determined solely by the centre’s management.
Boarding may also be denied for non-payment of dues or if full payment is not made upfront.
Operating Hours
Facility timings are 9 AM to 6 PM. Drop-offs, pick-ups, and visits outside these hours are not encouraged and are at the sole discretion of the centre.
Feeding and Dietary Needs
Pets are fed three times daily. Specific dietary needs must be discussed with the centre manager beforehand, and parents must provide any special food required.
Video Updates
One video update of the pet’s playtime will be shared daily. Additional video/photo requests will not be accommodated.
Vaccinations and Health
Pets must be up-to-date on annual vaccinations, kennel cough treatment, and tick prevention. A valid certificate must be submitted before boarding.
All health conditions must be disclosed in advance, including when using a pet cab service.
Pet Safety and Separation
The centre may separate pets from others if deemed necessary for safety.
Medical Emergencies
In case of illness or injury, the centre will attempt to contact the parent before seeking veterinary care (non-emergency situations). In emergencies or if contact is not possible, the parent consents to the centre arranging veterinary services at their discretion. All related expenses are the pet parent’s responsibility.
Parent Responsibility and Liability
While the centre exercises reasonable care, parents accept potential risks associated with their pet’s activities and interactions.
Parents are financially responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pet to staff, other pets, or the facility unless due to gross negligence by the centre.
Team Availability
Staff will be available on call from 9:30 AM to 8 PM.
Boarding Agreement
A document outlining these terms will be signed by the parent before boarding commences.
Special Charges
Segregation Charges: Applied for female dogs in heat.
Day Boarding Charges: Added if checkout exceeds the scheduled time by more than 3 hours.
Handling Charges: Incurred for transporting more than one dog in the pet van.
Health and Hygiene
Boarding may be refused for pets recently vaccinated or showing signs of tick infestation.
Socialization
Pets will only be socialized with explicit consent from the parent.
Property Damage or Injury
Pet parents are liable for expenses resulting from their dog injuring handlers, other pets, or causing property damage.
Food Policy
While standard food is provided, pet parents must supply specific diets for pets with special dietary requirements. Boarding charges remain unaffected.
By adhering to these terms, we aim to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all pets under our care.
